CNC, Connection Intelligence Webinars Scheduled for September

Design Data will host two SDS/2 webinars in September: CNC Setup and Export on September 9, and Connection Intelligence on September 23.

CNC Setup and Export (Basic Training Level)
SDS/2 provides CNC files in a range of specific formats — including Peddinghuas, Controlled Automation, Burlington Automation and Vernon Tool, to name a few — as well as generic formats, such as DXF and DSTV, with options specific to Ficep.

SDS/2's CNC capabilities allow users to download select members or all members at once; by utilizing batch downloading, the resulting export groups the members by the required machine tooling. The CNC export also allows for scribing piecemarks, material locations, job names or custom stencils.

In this basic training webinar, you'll learn how to set up and download SDS/2's CNC files, as well as learn some of the new features we have added along the way.

Connection Intelligence (Features Overview / Sales Presentation)
SDS/2 does more than just give you a picture of a connection. It designs connections based on an entire framing situation, while checking for clashing and erectibility. SDS/2 also provides design calculations based on loads. And it accomplishes all of this in one easy step. But SDS/2 doesn't stop there.

SDS/2 is the only software in the world that acknowledges framing changes and automatically adjusts the connections.

In this features overview / sales presentation, you'll learn how SDS/2's connection intelligence helps with erectibilility and clashing checks, how to take advantage of automatic connection design, the ins and outs of basic and advanced connections, and how to build your own connections using file save and assemblies.
