Interoperability Network Development SessionAugust 14, 2008
The first Interoperability Network (IN) — designed to bring together major structural steel software companies into a collaborative development environment — will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska, October 15, 2008.
IN will facilitate discussions between software development companies and their users, with the goal of achieving improved interoperability between software systems. Users will get the opportunity to see firsthand how different software works together, and to provide input that will help shape future software development for the steel industry.
Industry leaders who will be partnering at the event include Autodesk, Burlington Automation, Controlled Automation, Descon, FabSuite, FabTrol, Intergraph, Peddinghaus, P2 Programs, Shop Data Systems, Vernon Tool and Voortman.
