Kraus Promoted to Support Department Manager; Wisniewski to Lead Detailing Templates; Hakel Moves to SalesDecember 3, 2018
Kari Kraus, who has been at SDS/2 since June 2008, was recently promoted to support manager. She has previously worked as a support specialist, providing daily customer support, and has also instructed both Basic Training and Continuing Education courses.
"I have learned a lot through my time here at SDS/2 and in the classroom continuing my education," Kraus said. "I'm excited to utilize my experience and education to bring out the best of our support department moving forward, as the company and the software advances."
Steve Wisniewski, who was previously the support manager and has been with the company since April 2008, has taken a new position as detailing templates specialist. In that capacity, he will be focusing on improving the existing detailing templates, while also working directly with customers to develop customized detailing templates. Laura Hakel, who has been a support specialist with SDS/2 since October 2011, is joining the sales team as a global solution specialist. In that role, Hakel will be working with marketing and sales to develop content, assist with pre-sales technical demos, and work with partners for interoperability and joint marketing initiatives.
Customers who had Wisniewski or Hakel as their support representative have been assigned a new support rep; those impacted customers will receive notification via email about the change.
