New/2 2016 Webinars Kicking Off

In past years we’ve held New/2 webinars to highlight upcoming features and improvements in the latest version of SDS/2. This year is no different. We’ll be holding a series of nine webinars dialing in to the new features in SDS/2 2016. With one webinar under our belt in April, we’ve got eight more to come. Design Data Attending Several Industry Events This April

It’s busy season in the steel industry! Coming hot off the heels of NASCC last week in Orlando, the Design Data team has several great industries coming up in April. First off, we’ll be heading to Kansas City, Missouri for the Structural Engineer’s Association of Kansas & Missouri Annual Meeting http://www.seakm.com/ happening April 21st through the 22nd. The following week, the team will be going back to Orlando for the 2016 Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) Annual Conference http://scranet.cvent.com/events/2016-annual-conference/event-summary-546b3ec5e7b14caaa78e6e2bec8f9872.aspx, which is held on April 26th through the 30th. The conference includes education sessions by well-known authors and speakers, committee meetings, receptions and numerous networking opportunities, golf and tennis tournaments, a fundraising gala, the renowned Job of the Year competitions, safety awards and a Products Fair, which Design Data will be exhibiting at. During the same week, the Steel Erectors Association of America (SEAA) National Convention http://www.seaa.net/ will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina. We’ll be in attendance from April 27th to the 28th for the 44th year of the convention, which includes high-quality educational sessions and the chance to network with steel erectors, fabricators, detailers, engineers and more. We’ll be exhibiting at Booth 8 during the show. Our team will be exhibiting at all three of these events, so if you’re attending any of them be sure to stop by our booth to meet us and take a peek at the enhancements in SDS/2 2016.

The building's unique design includes a structural steel super frame, which makes up the 52-story tower.
