*SDS2 prioritizes the correction of defects and deficiencies at its own discretion, taking into account their impact on users and various other criteria.

The Major Version release is the most powerful, efficient and currently up to date major version of SDS2 released defined as the number after SDS2 and before any periods, i.e. SDS2 20XX.

Minor versions or maintenance fixes are defined as the major version incremented with a dot followed by a number, i.e. SDS2 20XX.X.

The Current Version is the latest major version typically released once a year.

Minor versions are released at the discretion of ALLPLAN. ALLPLAN prioritizes the correction of defects and deficiencies at its own discretion, taking into account their impact on users and various other criteria.

After one year, the current version goes into maintenance mode for two years before being retired. While in maintenance mode it is considered a supported version. You can continue to use retired versions, but no software updates are provided, and minimal technical support will be available. It is highly recommended that you update to the current version to get the most out of your subscription and support services.
