The Louisville Marriott Downtown is the official hotel of SDS2 Summit. The room rate of $235 plus tax is available until Friday, August 23, or until rooms sell out.

The discounted rate is valid only for the nights of Monday, September 23 through Thursday, September 26. If you would like to extend your stay and reserve additional nights before or after the event, you will have to contact the hotel directly by calling 1-502-627-5045.

Cancellations may be made up to 11:59 pm 72 hours before arrival.

Airport

The Marriott hotel is located near the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. There is no shuttle service available directly to the hotel, but it is a short 15-minute drive for Uber//Lyft operators. 

Parking

Valet parking is available at the Marriott hotel for $45 daily. Alternatively, self-parking in the underground garage is $40 daily.

SDS2 Summit is offering exhibiting opportunities at the Exhibit Hall, open on Wednesday, September 25, and Thursday, September 26. Note: The conference will conclude after evening festivities on Thursday, September 26. All partners are welcome to stay for the evening festivities. This year’s conference will be held at the Louisville Marriott Downtown in Louisville, KY.

Exhibitor Booth Pricing  

The cost to exhibit at SDS2 Summit is $2,500.

  • 8x10 area, with 2 foot x 6 foot table and 2 chairs provided

Additional Services 

Additional services like monitors, electrical, etc. must be purchased separately. AV services cannot be purchased prior to 90 days before the start of the event. Ordering instructions will be provided at that time. The hotel provides complimentary basic Wi-Fi suitable for web browsing/checking the internet. If you require a stronger Wi-Fi connection, this can be purchased. Any AV-related questions can be directed to Brian Hassett at . All services must be purchased by Tuesday, September 10.

 

Shipping Instructions 

Shipping materials will be accepted beginning Friday, September 20. If you plan to ship materials to the show, please complete and return the Guest Parcel Delivery form to our hotel event coordinator, Courtney Hernandez, at  to provide payment information for the shipping fees as well as for additional information regarding how to appropriately label your shipment. 

For return shipments, you will be responsible for packaging and labeling your shipments as well as scheduling a pick up with your preferred carrier. Once this is complete, return shipments can be taken to the front desk. Please note, there is not a FedEx or UPS on site. There is a FedEx behind the convention center, and a UPS in the Omni hotel if you need their services.

 

Staffing Regulations 

Each booth includes one registration for an employee of the company. If more than one person will be staffing the booth, additional registrations must be purchased. Sharing of registrations is prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the show and may forfeit the right to exhibit at future shows.
